With our latest update activities can now be customised from Forms - Activity. This allows you to add customised activities with types - Call, Email, Log Time, Meeting, and Reminder.
To add new activity forms go Settings - Form type - Activity.
If you need to set custom reminders for important activities related to accounts, projects, or tasks, record calls made to contacts associated with accounts, or schedule and log meetings with clients or team members, you can do so by adding them from forms-activities.
The form's customization options allow you to edit the fields based on the type of activity you are recording. For instance:
Activity Date: Ensures each activity is timestamped correctly.
Action Type: Specifies the nature of the activity (call, email, etc.).
Status: Tracks the current status of the activity (scheduled, completed, etc.).
Description, Outcome, Link: Provides context and results of the activity.
Account, Project, Task: Links the activity to specific accounts, projects, or tasks, ensuring proper categorization and organization.
Logged Time: Tracks time spent on tasks or projects, crucial for time management and billing purposes.
