What does the Implementation include?

The implementation includes a package of premium services provided by a dedicated Composity consultant and based on a number of calculated hours. During the implementation phase, you might have a Project Manager assigned. They will analyze your requirements and configure Composity platform according to your needs. Our consultants will also train you on how to use the software, all available functions and features. The Implementation services start from 10 hours and are further calculated based on the customer's project scope and wishes.

You can use Composity platform free up to 3 users, 50 new records per month and a total number of 200 CRM contacts. By "a record" we understand an invoice, an order, a payment, an inventory receipt, a project, etc. Items and products are not limited.

We won’t ask for your credit card or payment information. There's no commitment.

At any time you can change your plan to one that better suits your needs. Log in to your workspace, click on the Upgrade link at the top (the green bar) or Subscription and Billing link in the upper-right menu, and follow the steps on the Subscription page to switch to a new plan.

Composity is SaaS based software (Software as a Service) and allows the users to determine the period of usage. You can pay monthly or yearly and cancel at anytime.

For the free plan, we provide only maintenance services on the available standard features, in English via email. All paid plans include predefined number of support tickets in English via email or phone. A dedicated consultant is available for the Business and Professional plans and in our Support Packs.
