Adding activities from forms

With our latest update, activities can now be managed directly from Forms➨Activity. This feature lets you create activity types such as Call, Email, Log Time, Meeting, and Reminder.
To add new activity forms, go to Settings➨Form Type➨Activity.
If you need to set reminders for key tasks, record calls with contacts, or schedule meetings with clients or team members, you can easily do so through activity forms. The form options allow you to adjust fields based on the specific type of activity being recorded. For example:
- Activity Date: Ensures each activity is timestamped correctly.
- Action Type: Specifies the nature of the activity (call, email, etc.).
- Status: Tracks the current status of the activity (scheduled, completed, etc.).
- Description, Outcome, Link: Provides context and results of the activity.
- Account, Project, Task: Links the activity to specific accounts, projects, or tasks, ensuring proper categorization and organization.
- Logged Time: Tracks time spent on tasks or projects, crucial for time management and billing purposes.
