The improved Global Search makes finding data easier than ever. You can now search across grids, columns, and forms—all in one place. Use shortcuts like AC: for accounts to quickly filter account records, along with other codes to search through sales, invoices, inventory, and more.

How It Works

• Searching Across Grids and Forms
  Simply type the name of a grid or form to locate it instantly. This allows quick navigation across different sections without manually scrolling through menus.

• Searching Within Specific Documents
  If you need to find records within a particular module, use predefined search codes. For example:

  • AC: + [Account Name] → Searches within Accounts
  • IT: + [Item Name] → Searches within Items

  By using these codes, you can refine your search and quickly locate the exact record you need without scanning unrelated results.
